In our second season, Traci spoke about the impact of coronavirus on multiemployer funds with Wendell Young IV, president of the International Foundation and the UFCW Local 1776. She followed up with a discussion about the impact of Black Lives Matter with diversity, equity, and inclusion strategist, Nicole Lee.


In December, AFL-CIO Investment Trust president, Randy Kinder, and Traci started a conversation about the flurry of corporate inclusion statements in the wake of Black Lives Matter. On January 8, 2021, Traci ends the second season and her two-part finale about supplier-diversity with ITC president, Randy Kinder.
